okay where to begin.

first off, anatomy.

you don't really have a strong idea of what anatomy is. typically, with human anatomy, the elbows reach the end of the ribcage, and the fingers are just below the hips.

i'd recommend you look up anatomy tutorials here on dA, they're very helpful, also blogs on tumblr like helpyoudraw can do wonders.

tail is coming from butt, supposed to come from end of spine, or "tailbone", hence the name.

collar bones are too misplaced, again, i would recommend looking up tutorials on torsos, there are plenty. you have the general gist of how anatomy is supposed to look, but not all that great.

the arm is longer than the other, the one that is waving is longer, and is he waving, or his hand is just up? you should look up hand anatomy, distinguish a palm if his hand is facing us. also, why are there only four fingers?

i'm confused on where your light source is coming from, it looks really confusing and just shadows are dropped anywhere.

eyes over hair. never do this. it looks strange, instead, do strands of hair that partly cover the eye.

the mouth is too low. i myself struggle with face anatomy, but using guidelines really helps.
